About the Company

The company we are recruiting for specializes in event sales and currently has some of the most attractive event assignments you can imagine. The company operates throughout Sweden and has been established for over 15 years. They collaborate with large well-known companies and offer several different products for you to sell. They constantly work on renewing their portfolio so you can refresh your role. Some of the products they sell include electricity contracts, telephony, meal packages, charity, fitness, and health. You choose what suits you best.

About the Position

You will work at attractive events in malls, fairs, shopping centers, or similar locations. Working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, and you can also choose to work evening shifts until 8 PM for extra compensation. You will work in appealing booths where you can calmly talk to your customers. The company also has its own Academy where you can develop and receive more sales training to grow as a seller.

The Job as a Seller

To succeed as a seller, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the work is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. You will receive solid training and experience that will benefit you throughout your working life. In fact, most recruiters see it as a significant advantage if you have worked in sales at some point in your life.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required to succeed in this role. You will be trained from the start with everything you need to know for a good start. You will meet your customers face-to-face, so you need to possess good social skills and enjoy engaging in dialogue. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

The salary is based on a fixed salary of 25,000 SEK plus commission. The salary can reach 40,000 SEK when you meet the budget. The average salary for a new seller is between 28,000 - 34,000 SEK.
